Jeffrey Loughlin, MHA

Principal Consultant

Mr. Loughlin is a Project Director with Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative and currently serves as the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Health Information Organization (NHHIO), working with providers and practice leaders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the statewide health information exchange (HIE), and meaningful use of Health Information Technology (HIT). Jeff has worked with the Collaborative for over 10 years, providing a variety of consulting services to practice, and community based electronic health record (EHR) and HIE initiatives. Jeff is a US Army veteran with over 28 years of military service and also currently serves as the Commander, Massachusetts Army National Guard Medical Command as a Medical Service Corps Colonel.
