Business Analyst

Ms. Hatch is a business analyst with the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative). She has a clinical background in health promotion, care management, and cross-continuum coordination as a registered nurse. Ms. Hatch has significant leadership experience in health information exchange across disparate systems, organizations, and communities where she led state and federal funded incentive and transformational care delivery programs to improve population health and interoperability. Ms. Hatch has advised on enterprise-wide population health strategies, alternative payment models (i.e. Accountable Care Organizations and Patient Centered Medical Homes), data integration, quality reporting, and workflow redesign to improve care coordination and patient outcomes. She has both academic and professional background in quality improvement, outcomes management, informatics, data analysis, lateral leadership and interdisciplinary team building.
